Alvin partners with organizations that want to improve leadership skills, performance, and communications. Corporations, associations, schools, business owners, and colleges have been captivated by his humor, inspiration, and useful content. With almost two decades of training and management accomplishments, Alvin is a powerful speaker who entertains, educates, and elevates.

After growing up in the projects of Brooklyn, New York, he has earned a Master's degree and Juris Doctorate while working for some of the largest and best-known companies in the country. His energy, stories, and leadership exploits are an inspiration and life-changing lesson to students, managers, and business owners.

He is currently an attorney in private practice and an adjunct college instructor.
